The Role:

The primary objective of the Account Executive is to build a pipeline and sell Insight Out by H2K Partners. You are Sales Person #1 for this new product launch. Insight Out by H2K Partners is a data analytics and management solution customized for the unique “marketplace” business model that media, events and many digital information businesses enjoy. We partner with the technology developers and bundle our knowledge and service offering as part of the solution. 

This is a B2B Saas and Service proposition and requires full cycle sales skills. As an Account Executive, you will work directly with prospects and clients to learn their goals and establish how Insight Out by H2K can meet them. Your duties include building the pipeline, evangelizing the solution, scheduling and conducting demos, and building relationships within client accounts to expand your footprint. You will also help build out sales enablement materials, sales processes and influence outbound marketing campaigns to drive inbound leads.

In this role, you will:

  • Close new business consistently or above quota

  • Become an expert in marketplace business models, including media and events

  • Become an expert in the pipeline, leading indicators, AI-powered forecasting 

  • Become a full-cycle sales ninja

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CRO & CEO to implement sales and GTM plans

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal

  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships

  • Present products to prospective clients

  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty

  • Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs

  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and maintain the company’s reputation

  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience with 3 years' experience or more in B2B SaaS sales

  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles

  • Outstanding knowledge of G-Suite, Hubspot 

  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships

  • Organizational and time-management skills

  • Self-motivated

  • Self-directed learner

Required Background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3+ years experience in enterprise-level B2B SaaS sales

  • Sales experience in technology, digital information, media, and/or event environments is highly desirable

Compensation:

$110-125K OTE
